We are a community based, not for profit, child-focused charity that supports families directly impacted by separation or divorce. We believe that every child has a right to build a relationship with both parents and other family members when families live apart. Their wellbeing – now and for their futures is at the heart of what we do.
We currently offer supported contact and are soon to introduce supervised contact between the child and the parent/family member they don’t usually live with in a safe, neutral, family orientated space.
We are open to enquiries and referrals from parents themselves and from professionals and the courts and are accredited by The National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC).

Some families may be experiencing enduring on-going disputes, be in mediation or going through the family courts and legal processes; we appreciate this can be stressful for all concerned.
Our volunteers are here to support, ensuring the comfort of all those engaging in the service. They remain impartial and ensure confidentiality and are not there to judge in any way.
Parents do not have to meet at the start or end of the contact sessions and several families use the facilities at the same time.
Our aim is to create a warm, sociable atmosphere where parents and their children can relax and enjoy quality time together in a friendly, safe, neutral space.
We have a variety of games, toys and activities for children of all ages and our volunteers and staff have all undertaken relevant training, including safeguarding.
To make sure sessions remain harmonious and beneficial for the child, our volunteers also make sure that the centre’s guidelines and parents’ obligations are understood and respected.

We believe in the vital importance of maintaining strong relationships between children and their parents and other relatives such as grandparents and siblings, improving the potential developmental, educational and well-being outcomes for all family members, particularly children, when families live apart.
Some children may present with anxiety or uncertainty when first attending sessions; we try to ensure that this diminishes over time as they get to know the centre and we get to know parents and their children better.
